There will always be one or two fashion trends that you see on the runway, or even on the streets, that you totally fall in love with. There are also those trends that you admire from afar thinking ‘they’re great’ but just won’t work on you for one reason or another. The full-body jumpsuit was mine, but not any longer! After seeing the jumpsuit look on everyone from Kerry Washington to Taylor Swift to one of my favorite bloggers, Christine from Hello Fashion, I secretly obsessed over them while simultaneously convincing myself that with my height and build they were a total no go. The more I saw great jumpsuits, the more I wanted to get on board. As someone who {tends} to prefer doing my shopping online while in pj shorts, glasses, and with a wine glass in hand, I knew from the get-go that this particular piece who require LOTS of failures in a real dressing room. After about 15 different attempts I FINALLY found this French Connection hottie that fit!

I’m not usually comfortable going sans-bra and letting the girls roam free, but there isn’t really an alternative {though now thinking about it, I may try a cute lace bandeau next time} option, so YOLO. I guess being able to go without is one of the benefits of being an Itty Bitty Titty Club member. 🙂 I tried to give a vampy edge to the look while still keeping it classy so behind the ear half my hair went. I added a deeper lip, a fun yet simple clutch, these adorable Chalcedony statement earrings, and a bold pair of lace-up heels. Unfortunately this exact pair are completely sold-out, but I linked their twin sister below! This is the perfect date night look but also take the place of a LBD at a formal wedding or cocktail party. Just note that when styling a low-cut jumpsuit be sure to keep you hair, makeup, and accessories event-appropriate.

Here are are few other jumpsuits I’m crushing on: one, two, and three.
