The Nordstrom Anniversary Sale is now LIVE for all Nordstrom Card Holders. I’ve been counting down the days hours until access was granted and I have barely been able to peel my eyes away from the screen to get this post put together. Today I’m coming at you with the TOP 10 items you need/should add to your closet, in my opinion, that will sell out fast. Heck, some of the items that I was debating on when the sale opened are already gone. There are items that are so hot, unless you have the speediest fingers ever, you don’t even have a chance at. #firstworldproblems Everything I am listing below I would classify as versatile, classic and basic. I prefer to invest in pieces that I’ll be able to wear season after season, year after year, versus something I know I’ll end up having to replace next year during this sale. At least that is my philosophy on my first few passes through the Nordstrom website during this time of year. Without further adieu, lets see what WE need! 🙂

AG Destroyed Dark Denim ($163.90 from $245) – They match everything, have a slightly destructed look and are a staple in every fashionable girl’s closet. AG rarely goes on this big of sale but if you’re looking for a great pair for a little less, I bought these Paige ones ($99 from $189) and this Hudson pair ($99 from $209) too.

Stuart Weitzman Suede Booties ($349.90 from $595) These come in 4 colors, the heel isn’t too high and the suede appears buttery soft. Can you go wrong wiwth a SW bootie? Never.

Halogen Drapey Vest ($58.90 from $118) – Comes in 3 colors and I’ve already snagged the camel but debating going back for the black too! I plan to layer this over literally everything once it starts to cool down.

DVF Wool Trench Coat ($349.90 from $598) – This investment piece will last you for years to come and just screams classic Diane. I’m in LOVE!

Vince Camuto OTK Boots ($159.90 from $239.95) – While not as discounted as other items, I’ll bet these don’t go on sale again this season and you’ll see them everywhere. Get them while your size is still available!

Vince Camuto Leather Jacket ($399.90 from $598) – Spendy but another great investment. The detailing is intricate but classic and you’ll find yourself wearing it again and again!

Halogen Cashmere Wrap ($124.90 from $208) – With 4 colors to choose from, you can’t go wrong. These are so soft and great for throwing over anything and everything once a chill hits the air.

Rebecca Minkoff Suede Bag ($216.90 from $325)  – If you’ve got a bigger budget for a Fall handbag, I’m also dying over THIS Alexander Wang hobo bag marked down $598.90 from $895. Neither of these great bags go on sale this steeply so grab them while you can!

Ugg Long Cardigan – ($87.90 from $148) After missing out on these last Fall, I wasn’t missing out again. I purchased it in the ‘Fresh Snow Heather’ because it’ll match more from my closet.
