Spring workouts are the best.

The weather is usually warm but not too warm, breezy and ideal for taking some of your fitness routines outdoors. I absolutely love hopping off our treadmill in the basement and logging my miles on the pavement around the neighborhood or at one of the lake trails nearby. Doing sun salutations out IN the sun also beats just about anything and being able to SUP, wake board or any other water activity makes me so happy. Getting a sweat session in doesn’t have to be boring and why not have fun while perfecting your Summer bod?! 😉 With the change of seasons comes the change of workout wear. Typically that means adding some new pieces, bright colors, fun patterns, etc. and you know that I’m never going to turn down an opportunity or excuse for another pair of leggings. For me personally there are 3 main outdoor activities that you’ll find me doing regularly: running, yoga and walking/hiking with the dogs.
