I’ve created a monster.
Ok, so no, Kyle is NO WHERE NEAR AS CRAZY AS ME. Buttttttt with that being said, it’s nearly impossible to be married to me and not have my love of certain brands rub off. Kyle is not a label-whore in any sense, however he is incredibly picky when it comes to fit, material and style of his clothes. He knows what he likes and what he doesn’t and he could care less what the tag says in regards to brand. Despite being able to fit in nearly everything he has from high school, that is no longer acceptable as every day attire so his wardrobe has {slowly but surely} gotten a significant upgrade. This year’s Nordstrom Sale is the perfect time to add some pieces to his small portion of the closet and give us the opportunity to throw out some things that have way overstayed their welcome. Below are 5 items that we’ve already order for Kyle and 5 others that are currently in the cart. He’s only aware of like 2 of these things so {HI KYLE!} he’ll probably be super pissed when the orders start arriving for him, but whatever. That’s how life goes 😉 Everything I’m highlighting is pretty universally male-friendly! I’m a big proponent of showering your guy with some good gifts too…
Kyle’s Purchases:

7 for All Mankind Jeans ($139.90 from $209) – With two pairs already in his closet, he’s a fan of the brand and the way they fit. They’re ‘fitted’ but not tight and can be worn for Casual Fridays in his office.

Nike Dri-Fit Shorts ($45.90 from $65) – Never can he ever have too many pairs of Nike shorts. The guy LIVES in these.

Lactose Tee ($32.90 from $49.50) – These are my favorite basic tees to see him in. Three colors available so you can’t go wrong!

Vince Henley ($79.50 from $115) – The material is amazing and these henleys last forever. Perfect to dress up or down.

Cole Haan Loafers ($77.90 from $130) – He’s a fan of the look of Cole Haan shoes but hasn’t had a ton of luck finding the brand, in his size, here in town so fingers crossed that these work out for him!
Kyle’s Cart:

Lucky Lounge Shorts ($38.90 from $59.50) – Instead of the typical Nikes or Sports team shorts, these are a nice and comfy alternative to wear around the house.

Vince Polo ($59.90 from $95) – Love the marled look but a bit hesitant on the material…likely going to pull the trigger and return if it isn’t Kyle’s favorite.

Victorinox Sport Shirt ($62.90 from $95) – Since Kyle has to have ‘slim’ or ‘trim’ fit dress shirts, it’s hard to find good styles in his size…I love the simplicity of this one and know this brand is one he’s had luck with in the past.

Ted Baker Belt ($49.90 from $75) – He’s in major need of a new black belt and this one is great quality. Just waiting to decide on the exact size before ordering!

Burberry Watch ($499.90 from $895) – Definitely a splurge but this would make an amazing gift. As soon as Kyle sees this, he will murder me for even considering buying this for him but I think it’d make the perfect Christmas surprise!
Omg I’ve created a monster! Dying at that statement because I swear it is me and my husband. He shops more than I do! Not just for clothes for everything. There’s a freaking Amazon package on our doorstep everyday I swear. Anyways, Kyle has good taste! I love his picks!

Such great deals!! Sometimes I’m surprised at how many men I see during the sale haha but my hubby enjoyed the shopping it as much as I did!

Loving your men’s picks! I wish I could get my husband into anything like this for date nights…he’s a nurse and spends most the time in scrubs, and a country boy in his wranglers and boots when not in scrubs! I guess I knew what I was getting into before I married him, but teach me your ways to trick them into dressing well!

Thanks, girl! My husband has to be corporate by day & is an outdoorsy guy by night so I totally get your dilemma! I got him dressing well by starting small…a nicer pair of denim, a plain henley, etc. and then he started to really like certain brands and materials and from there it’s all been hi!
Ahhhh, I love that he had a nordstom list and found some great deals!! The jeans alone were a fabulous discount!! I need to add some items for my hubby.
