My favorite Nordstrom Anniversary Sale Home picks are coming at ya!
With our new house hitting the homestretch of being completed, I’ve been picking out TONS of decor items for it. The Nordstrom Anniversary Sale Home department has been both a blessing and a curse. Luckily I feel like my purchases have been justified because all my purchases are on sale. I mean that’s a win right there! Plus, everything is something I wanted anyway. No frivolous home buys yet! Below are the Top 10 things to grab, in my opinion, before the sale ends next week.
Barefoot Dreams Blanket – $100 for a blanket is ridiculous. I’m aware. But I promise you that once you feel it, you’ll understand. I own a few of the brands’ cardigans so the blanket was a no-brainer. At over 30% of regular retail, I had to get one to drape over the living room couch. I went with the carbon color to match every room in our house, just in case!
Sateen Sheets – Kyle and I are upgrading to a King bed when we move so when I saw these on sale I jumped on them. I absolutely love the look of crisp, white sheets. Call me crazy since we have 2 large dogs, but they aren’t allowed on the bed so the sheets stay clean. These are uber soft and wash easily.
Candle Set – Obsessed is a understatement. I’ve been a fan of Jo Malone’s scents for as long as I can remember so I snatched this set up quick. I love having little votive candles in the guest bedrooms and bathrooms and these smell awesome.
Wall Art – This set of prints gives you a sneak peak of the vibe I’m going with in our guest bedroom. I love the retro vibes and the color scheme is perfect for the oasis I’m trying to create.
Coasters – Anyone else constantly losing coasters?! I seriously don’t know where ours go! Last year I bought these in a square shape and always get compliments on them so the round ones will be a fun contrast. I put them in bedrooms and the living rooms now, but with a butcher block island in our new kitchen, I’ll definitely have some on there to protect the surface as well.
Glass Tumblers – We’re moving back ‘home’ to Iowa so these tumblers will be such a cute addition to the floating shelves in our kitchen. I love displaying pieces that we actually use too.
Bar Cart – I just LOVE the shape of this bar cart. I haven’t actually pulled the trigger on this just yet, but it is in my cart. Instead of using it traditionally, I’m wanting to use it for perfumes, hair products, etc. in our bathroom so the price is a little hard to swallow. Stay tuned!
Decorative Pillow – I’ve been on a major blush/light pink kick lately and I can’t wait to add these throw pillows to our grey couch.
Table Lamp – The Cupcakes & Cashmere line is super cute but usually pretty expensive so I usually just ‘window shop’ the products. When I saw this lamp, I knew I needed it for my office! Can’t wait to see how the iridescence picks up the blue walls of my work space.
Wood Tray – Can one ever have too many trays? No. That’s enough explanation on this buy for me! 😉
